Error 118 continues to show - 8 ball multiplayer

Why can i not get the game up, i have used it with no problems at all. I have too tether my phone to the laptop to get the game. Help if you can

Hi Marty, Its on 8 ball multiplayer, i have emailed miniclip and tried all of there suggestions and nothing works. i have tried the direct website and same error message. I do not use facebook and am wondering if they have me blocked for this reason. Thanks for responding!
