I moved up a level, received but then lost my free spin. Received a msg to contact you. Now what?

I moved up 1 level in the 8ball multi-player Pool, and received a free spin. I clicked to spin, and it wouldn't work. I was flashed a msg. to contact you, so, that is what I am doing. What do I do next? Thanks, Brenda
