When I purchased gold, the agreement was for $1.99 which was paid for, but then someone accessed my account without my knowledge for another 6 cents attached to this amount as a seperate purchase. This needs to be explained as soon as possible. You cannot put on extra fees and take from my bank account without my knowlege. I just want to know what the 6 cents is for. If I have no response I need to pursue further with a dispute involving my bank.. Thanks.
